• An area of 15000 m2 including 2000 m2 covered
• 2 reception lines with a capacity of 40T / H each and 8 purrs for storing olives
• 3 crushing lines with 360T / J capacity
• 28 Oil storage tanks with a capacity of 2000 T
• Storage and drying pond of pomace with an area of 10,000 m2 and a capacity of 8000 T
• 2 storage basins of vegetable waters with an area of 2500 m2 each and a total capacity of 10 000 m3

• A settling basin of 22000 m3
• Storage tanks of 18000m3 each
• Species planted : Arbequine, Arbosana and Moroccan Picholine.

An area of 40,000 m2 including 4,000 m2 covered
2 reception lines with a capacity of 40T / H each
3 crushing lines with a capacity of 440T / J
