Olea Capital stands as a major player in the olive industry, mastering every step from fresh olives to extra virgin olive oil and table olives production. We provide tailor-made products and services, from brand design to final product selection, guaranteeing unparalleled quality.
As the Largest olive farmer in Morocco, we are a fully integrated across the entire olive value chain, and equipped with all the necessary industrial capabilities and infrastructures for the processing of fresh olives into extra virgin olive oil and table olives.

Our farms are certified Global GAP and SMETA. Our industrial oil crushing units are certified with IFS, BRC, KOSHER, HALAL, FDA, and BIO standards, with a daily production capacity of 500 tons. Additionally, our table olive production has a processing capacity of up to 6.000 tons per year.

Oléa Capital supports in a proactive way a citizen approach that links an "Aggregator", leader in its field, to a groups of small producers "Aggregated" so that the valorization and commercialization of productions are mutually advantageous.
In each of its agro-industrial complexes, Oléa Capital has dimensioned the crushing and storage capacities to process its own production and the production of "Aggregated" farmers. Olea Capital also provides these farmers with its skills center to provide training, assistance and supervision.

Our management bases on a varietal selection and a system of plantation respecting the physiology and the climatic requirements of the species.
The management of our domains follows techniques of fruiting of trees allowing forms adapted to the mechanization. They aim to optimise olive grove in terms of quality and yield while caring about the competitiveness of production costs.
The reasoned production and the application on the ground of best practice are the pillars of our approach to insure a constancy in our productions qualities. Oléa Capital contributes in this way to raise the quality of " the olive oil of Morocco " to the international standards.
